Kick-Off Meeting
The Kick-off Meeting will implement with the aim of exchange of knowledge , best practices and NFE methodologies, with the participation of 16 youth-social workers.
Training Course
The Training Course will involve 32 youth workers and leaders with aim to develop of Format TC contents and methodologies. The educational programme administered in the frame of project TC will be based on a combination of NFE instruments, devised to foster the maximum participation of participants throughout learning activities.
Local Activities in each country
The Local Activities will involve youth workers engaged in working with young people in rural communities at the local level. The workshop will implement in each partner organization in its own country, with the target of testing the contest of the Format TC at the local level with a specific focus on assessing.
Youth Exchange
The Youth Exchange will involve 40 young people from rural areas aged between 18-25 years old. The Youth Exchange will aim at testing the contents, NFE methodologies and competences built in previous projects activities in real training condition with ultimate youth target groups.
Job Shadowing Activities
The Job Shadowing activities will involve one participants each, aimed at exchanging knowledge, best practices and methodologies among partners through engagement of professional staff members in a work-based learning experience where in detached staff members from each organization.
Final Evaluation Meeting
The Final Evaluation Meeting will aim to evaluate the results and production of the final materials created during the whole Project life-time.

Youth Exchange “Rural Youth Business for Social Change” as part of the KA2 CBY project “Youth Business Better” was held in Sarajevo from 22 until 28 of June 2021.
This YE gathered young people from 8 countries to discuss the topics of unemployment, social and economic marginalization of rural youth.
We believe that the best way to fight unemployment and the overall labor market is to build and cherish entrepreneurial spirit within us and our local communities.
The Youth Exchange “Youth business better” dive into the topics of entrepreneurship, startups & some real life examples.
The participants had a chance to discuss about the best examples of success in business world – how, when, what, where and who made them the way they are!
Some interesting topics that the YE addressed, were media and digital marketing in the world of business.
Also, the participants discussed about the fundraising in their home countries. They presented the institutions and organisations who offer their financial contribution to support different actions.
The participants practiced their research skills by trying to learn about the start-up ecosystems of their countries, how developed it is and how difficult it is to start your own business.
During the event, the participants had the chance to meet physically two local entrepreneurs and learn from their successful business stories.
Kenan Kekic is the owner of the company Smart Bussines Solutions that created ” Doktor kad mi treba /my e-doctor platform” which operates in the sector of telemedicine, while Lejla is a doctor of dental medicine who, in the midst of a pandemic, launched a brand of tailor-made medical uniforms in Sarajevo called Lorica BiH.
